The entertainer from Sussex regularly travels with Operation Christmas Child distributing gift-filled shoeboxes to some of the poorest children on earth. This time it was to run a summer kids camp for a group of orphans and underpriveleged children from a remote town in the mountains called Balykchy. Said Steve "The organisation that we are working with- the Cildren of Tian Chan - are doing ground breaking work; housing, fostering and arranging adoptions, all of which are unheard of in that part of the world. On 18th June Peter is spending the day filming in Liverpool with S4C for the Welsh ITV channel -the feature will be shown later in the week on prime time TV on the subject of Church origins of famous football clubs with a major focus on Everton FC. June 27th sees Peter, as a guest of Bolton Wanderers FC, speaking at a service of re-dedication of the grave of their founder the Rev Joseph Wright followeb by a civic reception at Bolton Town Hall. 5 days later on 2nd July Everton and Liverpool Football clubs are combining to re-dedicate the restored grave of Rev Ben Chambers who set the ball rolling resulting in the birth of both these famous football clubs. Peter has been asked to speak at this joint service.   Finally 11th September see Peter giving presentation on his book at the National Football Museum at Preston.
